Alice Hobbs

HOBBS, Alice Carol Fleming, age 70, passed away April 25, 2013. Preceded in death by parents, Elmer Forest and Alleen Frankie Crouch Fleming. Survived by husband, James Hobbs; sons, James Fleming Hobbs, Stephen (Cindy) Hobbs; daughter, Delores Arnett; grandchildren, Joshua Arnett, Ashley Renee Hobbs, Chelsey Nichole Hobbs, William Arnett, Andrew Hobbs, Marisa Leigh Hobbs. Alice and James were married forty nine years, three hundred sixty four days. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, French Lick Chapter, Nashville, Tennessee and National Society United States Daughters of 1812 and was a volunteer at the Veterans Hospital. She attended the Good Samaritan School of Nursing in Lexington, Kentucky. She was actively involved in genealogy and quilting. A private enurnment is planned for a later date in Lexington, Ky.
