Danny Ray Tayse

We are sad to announce the passing of Danny Ray Tayse. He was born August 20, 1977 in 
Nashville, TN to parents Clifford Lee Tayse & Henrietta Nellie Dee Reed Tayse who proceeded 
him in death. He was also proceeded in death by a brother, Haley Stanton Reed. 
Danny Tayse of Cheatham County died at age 45 on November 30, 2022.
He is survived by his devoted companion Jennifer Elaine Morris, 
grandmother Lissie Ann Tayse, daughter Vivian Ray Ann Tayse, 
siblings Shannon (Jimmy) Jones, Michelle Tayse, Cheryl (John) Hayden and many aunts, uncles, 
cousins, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
Danny enjoyed writing songs, playing music, and having a good time with his friends. He loved
watching his daughter grow into a beautiful young teenager that was recently baptized and is 
excelling in life taking care of all her many animals, bless her nanny for accepting them critters! 
A Funeral service is scheduled on December 7, 2022

Visitation is scheduled from 10am-12pm, with the memorial service beginning at noon.
Burial to follow at Granville Cemetery 3pm
Pallbearer’s will include a host of family and friends. Honorary pallbearers include Phillip 
Brooks, Jessie Clevenger, Pete Overbey, Eric Mayfield, Jason Johnson, Robert Hudson, Trevor 
Mayo, Russell Hutto, Jeff Rucker, James Bush, Bubba Gibbs, and Lonnie Barnes.
