CASE, Eva Lean of Old Hickory, TN passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2012; she was 87. Mrs. Case was preceded in death by parents, Rich and Pearl Shoulders; husband, Ray Case; son, Thomas "T-Bone" Case; daughters, Frances Denham, Wanda Robinson; sister, May Givens and Jurey Dixon. She is survived by her daughter, Eva "Judy" (Jerry) Neely of Old Hickory, TN; son, Richard (Sybil) Case of Nashville, TN; and numerous grandchildren, great grand-children, great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 5, 2012 in the chapel of Madison Funeral Home from 3 to 7 PM. Funeral services will be Friday, July 6, 2012 at 1 PM with Bro. Andy Courtney officiating. Interment 4 PM at Granville Cemetery, Granville, TN. MADISON FUNERAL HOME. 615-868-9020
