Rebecca Clairday

CLAIRDAY, Rebecca "Becky" Jean White, age 71, passed away August 10, 2013. She was born June 17, 1942 in Carroll County, TN. She graduated from Hollow Rock - Bructon High School. Preceded in death by parents, Hugh & Pauline White. Survived by husband, Joseph Roy "Joe" Clairday; sons, James (Jim) Robert (Debbie) Clairday, Troy Lee (Karen) Clairday; daughter, Laura Clairday (Bill) Boyd; grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Andrew) Coleman, Ryan, Lyndsey, Rylie and Robert Clairday, Tate and Hope Boyd; brothers, Bobby, Hugh (Buddy), and Charles White. Becky and Joe raised their family in Mt. Juliet, TN. Later Joe and Becky moved to Clarksville, TN and Becky was an active member of Hilldale Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and a devoted Christian who loved and served her family and church. Becky's artistic gifts in decorating cakes, celebrated special occasions, anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, and much more. She was an excellent homemaker, seamstress and later supported the book keeping of the family business, JTJ Commercial Interiors. Visitation with the family will be in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home Sunday, August 11, 2013 from 3 to 7 p.m. Visitation will be Monday, August 12, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until the celebration of life service at 3 p.m. with Dr. Larry Robertson officiating.
