(Cheryl) Foxworthy, II, Timothy S. (Pam) Foxwothy; daughter, Brooke H. Foxworthy; sister, Joy Carlet; brothers, Timothy A. (Mardelle) Bess, Roger (Susan) Bess; grandchildren, Joshua, Emily and Ashley Foxworthy; loving pet dog, Rachel.
