He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Scarbrough; mother, Jean Cairnes; sisters, Julia Hooper, Martha Angel (Paul), Laura Vaughn (Ed); brother, James Cairnes (Pam); grandchildren, Gavin and Bailey Scarbrough; beloved brother-in-law, Joe Hooper; several loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the Memorial Service at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Madison Funeral Home with Rev. Steven VanHooser officiating.
