Timothy Randall Shute

Timothy Randall Shute, age 58 yrs. of Old Hickory, TN, passed away July 1, 2024 at Skyline Medical Center after an extended illness. He was born on February 21, 1966 in Nashville, TN the son of the late Kenneth Randall Shute and Jackie Larkin Shute. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Casey. 

Tim grew up an Old Hickory DuPont Bulldog. He loved fishing, sports and all things Kentucky Wildcat Basketball. Tim always supported their team whole heartedly alongside his best friend of 50 years, Tim Williams.

Tim is survived by his mother, Jackie Shute of Old Hickory, TN; son Coleby Shute (Samantha Payne), Greenbrier, TN; sister, Tammy Sykes (Allen), Gallatin, TN. The family requests contributions are made to your favorite charity in ‘Memory of Tim Shute’. 

There will be a Memorial Visitation on Saturday, July 6, from 9-11 am in the Activity Building of Goodlettsville Church located at 226 S Main Street in Goodlettsville, TN, 37072.
