Survived by son, Brian Scot Falconbury; daughters, Lisa Ann Stone, Tracy Lynn Long; brothers, Steven D. Hazelwood, Jeffrey "Scott" Hazelwood; sister, Sharon K. Darling; several nieces and nephews.
